Andrew Primo

Manager, Program Development


Andrew joined ClimeCo in 2022 as a Manager for Program Development. Prior to ClimeCo, he worked as a policy analyst for the state of Colorado, researching innovative sharing and transaction methods for statewide water resource management. In this role, he helped create processes to make long-term natural resource planning more equitable and inclusive. Additionally, Andrew served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a cryptologic language analyst, where he developed and managed several deployments, logistics, and training programs. He also has professional experience in education and agriculture.

Andrew holds a Master’s in Environmental and Natural Resources Policy from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.A. in English and Linguistics from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Based in Denver, Andrew leads volunteer crews that perform trail maintenance and habitat restoration throughout Colorado in his free time. He also enjoys reading, gardening, and exploring the mountains with his dog.
