Chad Peterson

Director

Chad Peterson is President of Heritage Sustainability Investments, LLC, a subsidiary of The Heritage Group (THG), and VP of Strategy, Mergers, and Acquisitions at THG. He has over 20 years of business experience as an investor, advisor, and operator, including 15 years as a private capital investor.

Chad previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Heritage Environmental Services, another THG subsidiary. Before joining THG, Chad was a Principal at Victory Park Capital in Chicago, where he led the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of debt and equity investments in several middle-market companies. Prior to that, he was part of the Special Situations Group at American Capital, Ltd. and held financial advisory positions at Bridge Associates and Deloitte Consulting.

Chad received a B.S. in Finance and Decision Sciences from Miami University (OH) and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
