VP, Industrial Innovations & Government Affairs

Dan brings over 35 years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability to ClimeCo. He is a tremendous leader in the cement industry, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Technical Services and Government Affairs for Buzzi Unicem USA, where he was responsible for environmental permitting and compliance, sustainability programs, and major capital investment projects. His leadership led the cement industry to a sustainable future through his time with the Portland Cement Association and Cement Kiln Recycling Coalition.

Dan is a great asset to our cement and secondary cementitious material practices and other hard-to-abate industrial processes. His understanding of technical and government affairs adds value to any client’s sustainability journey. Dan is eager to share knowledge he has gained from his commitment to reducing emissions in a hard-to-decarbonized industry with our clients.

Dan holds a B.S. from Penn State University and enjoys Penn State football games, outdoor activities, and travel, especially with his family.
