Office Manager


 

Maria Finneran provides many aspects of professional support to the entire ClimeCo team. She coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and plays a crucial role in administering human-resource-related efforts – serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators. She provides support with preparing and submitting customer invoicing/AR, expenses/AP, cash management operations including disbursements in a timely manner along with contract management. Maria also plans and executes ClimeCo’s meetings and special events.

Before joining ClimeCo, Maria founded a successful high-end consignment business that she ran for four years. She managed more than 700 consignor accounts, merchandise, inventory, and bookkeeping. This followed a six-year career supervising customer service representatives then serving as an Accounting Coordinator managing accounts receivable functions, reconciling monthly bank statements, processing Insurance premium payments for insured members while meeting deadlines for Underwriting Companies along with Insurance Agents for Administrative Concepts, Inc.

Maria enjoys anything outdoors – especially hiking. She also loves musicgoing to concerts, and spending time with her family and two naughty labsFenwick and Charlie.
