Recruiting and HR Associate 

Jacqueline leads ClimeCo’s recruitment efforts to grow our top talented team. She holds a wide range of experience in HR and Recruitment; including Diversity and Inclusion, training, onboarding, and recruiting operations. Prior to ClimeCo, Jacqueline recruited and sourced for various roles in the Technology and Education sector. She has a passion for providing an excellent experience for all candidates and assisting with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Her favorite aspect of recruiting is the ability to “connect great people with amazing opportunities!”

Jacqueline received her BA in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University. Based in Lexington, South Carolina, she enjoys going to comedy shows, watching her son play sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
