Jeff Constantz

Senior Associate 

Jeff joined ClimeCo as a Grants Administrator in 2022. He focuses on managing grants, sourcing funding, and building relationships for ClimeCo and its partner organization, Restore the Earth Foundation.

Prior to ClimeCo, Jeff managed roughly 200 grants at the nation’s largest conservation grant-making organization, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. His portfolio included projects financed by federal and non-federal funding sources in Hawaii, Alaska, and the Rocky Mountain region.

Jeff is currently completing his Master’s in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia. Jeff lives in Northern Virginia with his Chocolate Lab, Freddy, and German Shorthaired Pointer, Buster. He volunteers with a fire department in Central Virginia, and enjoys comedy and playing sports in his spare time.
