Leticia is a chemist and seasoned plastic industry professional with over 15 years of experience spanning R&D, intellectual property, market research, strategy, 3D printing materials, and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of plastic recycling technologies. She is a certified TRUE Zero Waste advisor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry, Master of Science in Materials Engineering, and a PhD in Materials Science.

Leticia enjoys organizing environmental education activities at schools and running a blog focused on sustainability education in her spare time. Most recently, she spearheaded the zero waste efforts of the first Atlanta Green Fair. She is committed to leveraging her skills to drive real change in consumption patterns, helping to create a zero or lower-waste economy.

Leticia is a passionate yogi who loves the beach and spending time outdoors hiking, walking, or cycling with her husband and two daughters.
