Tauni Berger

Senior Director, Account Management

Tauni collaborates with our internal business units to deliver comprehensive ClimeCo solutions to new and existing clients to maximize their decarbonization and ESG goals. Her specialties are cross-functional collaboration, program implementation, relationship development, and business development.

Before joining ClimeCo, Tauni spent six years at Xpansiv, the largest environmental spot exchange, focusing on strategic initiatives to grow the business, such as helping build the Aviation Carbon Exchange, opening the maritime sector, and securing new registry connections. Before Xpansiv, Tauni spent ten years as a consultant working with corporations, including Gap and Williams-Sonoma, and municipalities to design and deliver waste reduction and sustainability programs. She began her career as a wilderness instructor and later scholarship director for Outward Bound, building leadership in teens through nature and Leave No Trace principles.

Tauni holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School, one of the first business schools to include triple-bottom-line thinking throughout the curriculum. Additionally, she earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Oregon. Through the outdoors and travel, Tauni enjoys building memories with her husband and two sons.
